Materials and Textures

Materials and textures help our models look their best. A material tells the render engine how light should interact with the object: what colors it should absorb or reflect, how diffuse or shiny it should be, or how transparent it is.

The most important material settings in Blender are Base Color, Metallic, and Roughness. If you combine those three right, you can make most materials!
