This is the Mera Mera no Mi, a Devil Fruit in One Piece. I really want to model this in Blender but I find I'm unable to do so.
I've attempted modeling one of the flames and wrapping them around a sphere with the tissue addon but I've gotten some lackluster results. 
I feel like this is a beginner project, yet I'm incapable of doing even this.
