Yeah it's hidden deep down there in the files. A lot of people would quit the tutorial because it would be hard for them to find. It's not in the "Jo" file as many would expect. For me I had to open the files in this order >>> ctrl + alt + o (link) > blender_anim_tk_source_files > source > rigs > cookieFlexRig > cookieFlexRig-1.2.2.blend > Action > Lib_Phonemes
