Cool Trick to keep "Deformation Bones" from shifting when switching to "Pose Mode"

@theluthier this is a cool trick 👍 which you're using before 6:43 in the video in order to keep the "Deformation Bones" from shifting when switching to "Pose Mode" by transfering the "Copy Rotation Constraints" from the "Deformation Bones" to "Intermediate Parent Bones" (the smaller bones in the right "Bone Chain" of the image below):
