@theluthier You're setting a negative value in the "Hair Density Control" of the texture which controls the hair length and by this the body feather size. In the "Hair Density Control" setting of the texture which you explicitely use for controling the hair density, you set a positive value. how do these two settings blend for the final density value? Can I influence this blending or does Blender it only "under the hood"?
