Hey everyone!
When CG Cookie first started we loved to host Pumpkin and Snowman contests. It was cool to see what everyone created with these given constraints. Of course using Blender was a pretty rad thing as well.
My favorite was the nod to the movie Aliens done in a pumpkin render. If somebody could find this, it would be cool to see again!
I missed them so much, this year we've decided to revisit the past, with the launch of our brand new Epic Pumpkin Contest!
While nearly all the information and activity takes place on the Contest itself, I thought it would be beneficial to have an area for questions and general OMG this is amazing type comments. Plus we're a tad rusty on hosting contests. 🧐
In all seriousness, this is one of favorites and excited to see what you come up with this year. We've got a ton of awesome awards lined up for you and even some random chances to win by simply sharing your work on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #MyCookiePumpkin

ssmadoc eedhernandez Looks like you can just put an image in the part where you tell about your entry. Just put that it wasn't working to update your image, so you just put it in that part.
Newbie here!
How do I upload an updated version of my entry? I've gotten as far as the "Edit your entry" button and being able to edit the description, but I can't figure out how to actually upload a new image.

cchristsdude I figured it out after I read the reply by @cgcookiedough , pretty easy and a DUH moment on my part lol..Simply drag and drop your updated image into the text area of your description. May also help to put some text in explaining that it is an update, though I guess it'll be obvious. :)
Hey everyone! Phew those are some awesome pumpkins entered into the contest! I've given the nod to the judges to do their thing and have their results to me by early/mid next week. Appreciate the patience as they go through all of these entries and make the hard decisions on a top three.
If your pumpkin placed, you will be notified via the email address attached to your CGC account. Once I have acceptance from notified winners, I will publish the results on the site within the contest.
The random community awards will also go out early/middle of next week. Apologies for any UX trouble updating. It sounds like it was worked out, but I do see the point that could use some improvements for the next contest.
You should feel really good, and accomplished you were able to come up with an idea and execute on it in a relatively brief amount of time. Give everyone a virtual high-five. I will be in touch next week, and of course if you have questions drop me an email at [email protected], hit up support or ask here.

@wesburke I went to check my entry just barely, and there's an image that isn't loading in. It didn't work to update the image, so I put it in the description; and now it wont show up in the description.
@cgcookiedough Ah, I see the image missing as well. Go ahead and email me it at [email protected] and I will get it out to the judges. Thanks!
