Doing online tutorials is a hard thing to do man, there are so many little things that we don't get to see behind the curtains

  • Kent Trammell(theluthier)

That's kinda profound Matthew. Reading it is like "duh of course" but soooo many instructors, myself included, can present content very *meh*

Ofcourse, they pale in comparison to Kent...

Andrew Price is ok, but he feels like he has one feet on the "I hate this " button and another in the"well this pays the bill so I'll keep doing it"

Agree with Omar...Aidy and Gleb are top notch

  • Matthew Ullrey(ullreym)

@theluthier It is fun when the instructor is excited about the content. It is infectious.

  • Kent Trammell(theluthier)

Omar! I'll pass that along :)

Gleb is one of my favorites too. He rocks a super knowledgeable, artsy, suave-nerd vibe

  • Omar Domenech(dostovel)

Gleb Alexandrov and Ady Burrous can teach good as well, there are easy to follow and good at taking an explanation step by step

  • Kent Trammell(theluthier)

I should have said "who and WHY"

  • Omar Domenech(dostovel)

Definitely the top 3 people that can teach great are here, Kent, Lampel and Wayne

A new year, a new season ❄️

As a follow-up to the Stylized Forest Course, in this stream we're going to transform the autumn forest into winter one. It's a fun exercise modifying existing assets to completely transform the seasonal context of our forest environment.

We will be ditching the grass for snow, shifting from a vibrant rainbow coloration for primarily white and blue, and exploring procedural methods for adding snow to existing materials. Don't forget to check out the preceding course if you haven't seen it already!
