Velvet, a character from the fighting game ''Them's Fightin' Herds''
Was in the mood to do something cartoony again, so here we are.
I ended up using Eevee to get the shading right. I thought the Cycles render (which is at the bottom) ended up looking too much like a plastic figurine.

This is a really nice example of cell shading. Velvet looks confident, and the flat shading really works well for the character.
