Actually I didn't model it. I dont even know modeling, I have just used the Landscape add on in blender, and did some texturing and the water was done by black magic fusion, for the reflections i have used the render images from blender.
I am so impressed! Very well done... Could you post the model on BlendSwap.com, so we could see how you did this?
