This is the Arkansas University football logo. I traced it using bezier curves, converted them into a mesh, extruded the mesh to give it some depth. Connected the curves with a face that I gave a red emitter to. I placed the logo in front of a plane colored a deeper red and used a point lamp to illuminate the scene.
Pretty clever! Looks cool!
