I blocked out and modelled the basic shapes for the Castle in 5 Elements. Then i added environment, Downloaded Models for details like windows, banners, wood, Props, and filled with vegetation. Little fog and sunflare to round thing off. And a short flyforward animation. Testing Blenders Kuwahara Effect.

I love naming stuff. Your town shall be called Schmidalot. Looks great, lots of detail, makes it feel lively 🤘🏼
Really cool scene, love the atmosphere. Great little animation too with the spinning wheel.
My personal nitpick would be the very straight lines on the mountain on the left in the background and the overall stone/ brick material is a bit too clean for my taste.
