Mazda 6 Work In Progress

Another one to learn how to see shapes and recreate them, this time I upped the difficulty. Still a lot of details to add, but I'm already happy with this as I need to get on with other projects as this one took me 17hours to get to this point. Will pick it up again later, makes me think, how quickly would someone already a little proficient with Blender typically need to model this?

    Cool one Sebastien. Those are some cool cinematic shots and camera angles and to top it off, a nice depth of field. Watching tutorials all over the place, hearing podcast, I've heard more than one time, people that work at studios saying the top modelers, that have to model a lot, day in and day out, they typically do a car in less than a day. Remember though, working on a production is madness, everything is fast and people that have ten year experience, it's no surprise they can do it.

      Thx Omar, and I took your advice to also take care of a minimum viable scene :) . A little below a day for a car is impressive! But I suppose it's like a muscle, the more you do it the quicker you understand the forms and the quicker you are able to push the vertices the right way. I see already an improvement for this project compared to the 4x4 I did earlier, This I was able to do in one take based on the learning of the previous, the 4x4 I had to restart 3 times before getting to it. I needed my own models to finish the cinematic lighting course, now I can proceed because I really want to tackle the geo nodes course from J. Lampel and the Human course from K. Tramell... So much yet to learn, I feel like a cat running after a stroboscope of lasers :))). enjoy your weekend.
