Using Blender and partly inspired by Reyn's ice material and images on Flickr, I wanted to experiment with ice refraction but also wanted to make it a more clear ice refraction which results from melting ice.
Also, I was looking to replicate some aspects of reference images where an exaggerated sun reflection and glare actually greatly enhanced the image.
