That’s a personal project.
Modeling : Blender (90% from me, 10% kitbash taken around). I used some assets from my « Vents & Panels - Boolean assets » pack as well : http://cbr.sh/luel63
Texturing : Blender (I used the Decal Machine addon for some details as well. More flexible)
Rendering : Blender Cycles.
Compositing : Photoshop.
I like all three, but the red is my favorite.
