I had a great deal of fun on this challenge! I went for a dark cool Cupid that had a dark feel as he blasts out of hell into the night to wreck havoc and destroy all hope with his icy arrows. I used everything I have learned from Tim's tutorials here on Concept Cookie and then added my own style to it. I like splash art compositions so i went that route adding movement and color to add vibrancy and interest that keeps you in the piece. I am very honored to be putting my first piece up with so many talented artists!
He looks like a pretty lethal Cupid which is a more traditional view of him as a hunter berserker wreaking havoc on our lives. Great work. Dynamic.
