If I were adding some glow, I'd either make it more subtle, with the current perspective, or I'd try with positioning the camera further down looking up, giving her a more regal look, so the glow gives the vibe of someone looking up at the Queen in awe.
You could also do a more ominous lighting setup from that perspective with some rim lighting from the back, giving her a more imposing character. Any chess player knows to respect a Queen in play, after all. xD
