Animation Nodes and Motion Graphics

Have you seen the Addon Animation Nodes? Do you think it's worth learning? Here's the link in case you haven't seen them: https://animation-nodes.com/

Also, I want to make Motion Graphics for my videos. I want to teach electronics, 3d design with Blender focused primarily on 3d printing, robotics etc. I'm particularly fond of the style in this video: https://youtu.be/GxPwJa6IghY how do you think would be the best way to approach this problem? I can also use Inkscape for the art :)

Again, thank you for all the amazing content!!!

Animation Nodes is excellent.  But it is difficult to learn.

Check out Zac Hixson's videos on Youtube.

    They are excellent. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_Yypfyx5fKHpd640wPGFzQ

Thank you! I'll check those out then :)

So for the type of animation I want to de it's better to just use keyframes and the graph editor? I was trying to compare Adobe After Effects with Natron and Blender and that's why I was trying to figure out which animation pipeline would be better.

I don't think Blender is the best tool for what you want to do, but that's not to say it isn't possible. Once you find a way of making things work, you should spend some time on building some reusable solutions or templates.

That way you don't always have to start from scratch ;)

Understood. I really do want to try it out with Blender because I just love being able to switch from modelling my 3d printers to animation to video editing all in the same program! Also, I haven't found a suitable alternative to After Effects that's free and Open Source (maybe Natron, but then again I believe I can almost do the same in Blender?)

I will try to make some templates and reusable solutions :) maybe even scripting at some point in time <3

Thank you for all your replies!!!
