My membership appears to be "stuck"

Hopefully his will have all gone through by tomorrow, but I was hoping to resume my lessons today. 

My membership ended yesterday (11th March), but my membership page is still acting like my membership is active, so I cannot buy the next month yet.

 I can't access the videos I was watching before.

I tried cancelling again, then tried subscribing to "Hobby citizen." with no change, my apologies if this has complicated the process. I don't know what I should expect to see tomorrow.
