Blender 2.82 eevee Lines are okay, just the materials need some help.
We should definitely update toon rendering options with 2.8x. Great suggestion!
I am trying to follow this on B2.82 in the low-quality video trial version - it's not easy. It would be so nice to have this updated for 2.8x.
