There's plenty of mobile homes, RV's, trailers out there, but on the inside they look like houses. Not like cars or spaceships.
It would be good to live in interiors that look more like this:

The bedrooms in the Star Citizen game are a great example. A way to succeed in business, is to take the road that's less frequently traveled. I'm sure lots of people would rather live in one of those, than some ancient wooden home on wheels.
Could probably make a living from using Blender making sci-fi interior designs for RV's, because it's one of those things people could use but doesn't exist yet.
But yet again, a sci fi interior isn't for everybody. Some people like living in ancient homes.
