The problem is probably the zip code, because I'm not living in USA.
I tried the postal code in my country but it doesn't work.
Also I can't get the e-mail of cgcookie it only show [email protected] to me.
Hi, if you click on the [email protected] link it should open up an email to us. (I haven't seen that before, maybe it's new). Either way, it's just support(at)cgcookie(dot)com. Or, you can use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to send us a message and we'll be sure to get the upgrade worked out.
