How to convert circle to pentagon

Question

version 2.8; how to change the circle from 32 points to 5.

I know how to do this in 2.79 but I can't find the settings for the circle in 2.8

When you add a circle, a small menu will pop up in the 3D viewport.

If you click the arrow on the left, you'll be able to select the number of vertices.

Once on has created the circle, how would one go back and edit the number of vertices?

You cannot do this in Blender.
