i think sphere is hollow by default
thats why ends arent capped
do i have to use solidify ?
No you don't need to solidfy the sphere. The Grease Cut serves as a boolean that functions as if the object is solid all the way through.Fair warning though, the Sculpt Tools UI is depreciated and prone to frustrating errors.
