Issue with feet separating

Question

The feet on my rig keep slowly separating, I can't figure out why. There is nothing keyed on the foot IK x location. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you use the 2.8x version I edited this to make it easier.

The 2.8 version of the rigs are available to DL in the source files for the course or here

You did? I am using the 2.8 rigs and having the same problem. Debugging currently...
