I dont have the X(red), Ygreen, Zblue colors. The Z curve is purple and when I delete the Y location curve the Z curve takes the color of the deleted Y.
Also just check your handles where they cross the mid point. They need just a little adjustment to keep them smooth, but the handles at the extremes look good (but will have to look at the animation to be certain).
