    After setting up my reference images using image emptys every time i select a empty blender freezes for 10 or more seconds...

    After setting up my reference images using image emptys every time i select a empty blender freezes for 10 or more seconds :( It is working fine as long as im editing the selected empty but as soon as i select a different one it freezes. I've turn off selection on them now so that wont happen but i would really like to find a fix for that.

      I'm having the same issue, I ran through every Window Draw Method and none of them worked. Blender also seems to be fine with other images being used in the same way.

      Scratch that, still a problem with other images. Turning off selection and using the hierarchy tree to select them does prevent the hang time though.
