I don't know if it's a problem with blender or if its the intended way and I just don't know it, but I can't manage to make "Blend from shape" work using the basis: I'll explain.
-I duplicated "Mouth_wide_full", then I tried to blend from shape to the basis. It doesn't work, and it didn't work when I tried for the past excercises.
-To complete that part, I just added a new "basis" shape and blent from shape using Mouth_wide_full. This did the trick.
-As an experiment, for the Mouth_Wide.R I did it as in the video (though I pressed "New Combined" instead of "New shape from mix" since I don't have that option) and this way I could do it as in the video.
My doubt then would be, why can't I Blend From Shape if I duplicate a shape? I'm using blender 5.1.1.
For sure! Let me finish today's work and I'll get around doing it
I was just recording and I think I might've not disabled "add" :/
I duplicated "mouth_wide_FULL" and tried to "blend from shape" from the Basis for the right side, but this second time I tried it did work. I just disabled the "Add" box
