Hi Wayne Dixon. My teacher:)
How can I make this movement slow motion? I made all the animations in this course.
Hi Kai.
Use the NLA.
Make it a strip and then slow the strip down to the desired speed.
The reason you want to do that is because it will sample the sub frames of the animation curves.
If you just slow it down in a video editor it will repeat the same frames.
Hope that makes sense.
Another question teacher, I want to animate like game characters, running, stopping, walking, jumping and going somewhere and grabbing and carrying things. I need to animate all of these in one project. Are there any courses that teach these perfectly? I'm new to this site.
Hi Kai,
Firstly - welcome.
Secondly - have you posted your work as exercises for feedback?
Thirdly - in regards to learning all those things. The Animation Workflow and Body Mechanics course will cover a lot of that locomotion but it's not specifically aimed at games animation - it's general animation.
That course is also an older version of Blender but all the workflow is same. (just some of the UI has changed)
Fourthly - that is all, I have run out of numbers.
