So, I'm on a quest to get more comfortable with asset creation for game engines. Already created the Relic wand and was able to successfully import into Unreal and setup the materials! HUGE win and confidence builder (Thanks again, Chunck!).
Now I want to take it a step further with this FPS rifle tutorial (with animations) course:

But it looks like the rifle gets modeled in a separate course... but when I click on the hotlink, it takes me to a first person pistol course (not a rifle)
https://cgcookie.com/course/modeling-weapons-for-a-first-person-shooter
And then there's pairing the rifle to a robot?

I was just hoping I could get a clearer path in terms of exactly which tutorials to take in which order to eventually get to the FPS animated rifle course. In the meantime I'll be taking the 'building modular game assets' course then doing my best to translate it to Unreal (since I'm not in a position to purchase Unity right now). Also wondering how necessary Substance Painter is for some of these courses (as, similar to Unity, I'm looking to utilize freeware options).
