Do I need to add the missing FK hinge. It looks fine without it. What extra features am I getting?

Hi Simo.
You don't 'need' it, but it adds the FK hinge functionality. ie - the FK arm can stay aligned with the world when the torso rotates.
This is super handy when you are in FK mode so you don't have to counter animate the arms every time you adjust something it is connected to.
