Overcharged and no access to courses?

I've been away from CGcookie for a number of years, but have paid a monthly membership consistently since 2021 (and a few months in 2020).  Multiple life events, and a move to rural Ireland where internet speed/connection is poor, have kept me from logging in to CG cookie and watching the courses in recent years.  I'd say the last time I streamed any of the courses was 2023 or 2024.

Today I thought I'd log in and download some of the courses (I thought that was a perk of my membership?) to watch them offline instead.

Not only could I not download the course videos, but I couldn't even access the non-free videos -- only a "subscribe" pop-up appears.  I'm logged in, however, and when I go to my account billing, I'm listed as "citizen monthly" and my billing history shows a monthly fee of 29 US dollars.  (As has been the case since 2021)  However, when I look at the current subscription plans listed on your site, there's an annual fee, and a monthly fee; the latter being only $27.99 a month.  I wasn't able to find a mention of $29/mo.

At any rate, I'd like to be able to download the videos of some of the new courses I've missed over the years.  Streaming is still difficult (actually even the site is slow to load on my end, and often results in 404 or pages that never load; but I'm sure that's down to my rural internet connection, rather than CG cookie's site itself.)

Unfortunately, it seems I don't have any access to anything other than free content, as far as the courses go.

I'll send this to the support email, as well, but the support pages seemed to suggest posting it in the forum first as it was sometimes faster?

Thanks,

Michael.

    Hi Michael,

Yeah, that's definitely something for Support. I'm sure they'll be able to sort this out.
