Also.. did you remember to turn off the text object to the camera? When I did mine, I forgot and you could see it peak through as it rotated.
Oh... Make sure that the final result of the composite is going to the GROUP output node to go to the render. Image like Martin pointed out.
One way to avoid this problem is instead of using the VIEWER NODE in the Image Editor, you can use RENDER RESULT. What you see on that one is what is going to get saved if you save the images individually.
(For a still shot, you could also save from the Viewer Node, but if you render an animation, it will take it's save from what you see in the Render Result.)
