Hey CG Community!
I am an implant dentist that teaches other dentists about the fundamentals and the unseen elements of nature and surgery.
I took on the journey of understanding 3d for the last 6 months and studied it rigorously. I need to get to a place where I can easily teach what I know in live using Blender.
For example, suture dynamics, managing soft tissues, the biology of healing from blood clot to repaired and mature tissue etc.. and there really is no course out there with the specific tools to understand. So I am reaching out as your group have greatly helped me in understanding the fundamentals, and I feel like I am between beginner to close to becoming intermediate but I need a direct help on what I really want to do with blender.
I am looking for someone who has great experience in Blender that could mentor me 1:1 regarding this use case. (extra points if you know geo nodes as well). I am ready to pay for it as well.
You can email me at:
Thanks!

Hello Marc. Do you have an example of what you want to achieve? A video you have seen that maybe resembles your goal? Cuz some of the stuff you mention, sounds like the best approach it's not so much Blender and 3D. There is someone in the CG Cookie Discord called Ehab, he always makes the coolest medical animations and stuff, I bet you guys could talk and maybe setup some teaching stuff.
Hi Marc DDrCroma ,
There was a talk at the Blender Conference 2019, that might be nice to watch. If that's the sort of thing you're looking for, you can try to contact Patrick Moore. He might be able to help, or know people that can help. Here's a link: https://conference.blender.org/2019/presentations/513/
