When trying to pack everything into an add-on extension I couldn't find the Blender Manifest link/command in the Templates menu in the scripting workspace as shown in the video? I'm runing the 4.2.0 version of Blender. I can find it in 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 versions but not in 4.2.
