That depends a bit on where in Europe you are. Continental Europe has slightly different standards than the UK for example, with slight variations between countries too. One of the most important dimensions is 600mm width, as it is the standard for appliances like ovens. The depth for base cabinets is accordingly between 560 and 600mm.
You can use most of the dimensions from the course and the pdf in the course files as a guidance, since my dimensions, while adjusted slightly to the North-American market, are heavily influenced by European standards. After all it is where I learned my craft.
The differences among countries within the western hemisphere are really not that big anymore anyway.
