i am wanting to try this walk again but my foot goes through the root when i rotate the first left foot position down with the trackball, is there a way to get it to not go through like he does at 9:30? I forget if I was able to do that myself or not before.
here is a video demonstration, was happening with rivet before and i swear i was able to have the foot not go past the root and bend at the root like at the time stamp i just cant remember how or if i did something to change that feature? maybe i did mean floor if not root? not sure

You are rotating the Foot_IK I think you want to be rotating the Foot_Heel.
