Issue with “Foot Heel” rig mechanism in Blender 4.5

Hello,

I’ve run into a problem with the rig: the “Foot Heel” mechanism isn’t working.
All parent relationships and constraints are set correctly.

However, in Blender 4.5, the “Limit Rotation” constraint no longer has the “Legacy Behavior” option.
As a test, I opened the same rig in Blender 3.6, and everything worked correctly there.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue in Blender 4.5?

    HI Arthur DDevarth ,

When you say:   "... in Blender 4.5, the “Limit Rotation” constraint no longer has the “Legacy Behavior” option."

What do you mean by that?

Also, as a side note, adding a timestamp to your questions is really helpful😉

    Hello, Martin.
I don’t have the “Legacy Behavior” option in the Limit Rotation constraint. My Blender version is 4.5.4.

    Hi Arthur,

Are you using an Addon (or a Script)?

If you Open a new File, is the Legacy Behavior available?

Yes, I disabled the rigging add-ons and restarted the program. Everything worked—thank you! I’ll continue with my training calmly.

The Python API changes (more or less) almost every Blender Version , so it's always possible that an Addon (temporarily) breaks.

You might want to report the issue to the Addon Developer/Maintainer.

What add-on is that DDevarth ?

I'd like to check it out.
I'm not sure if it would speed things up, but it's worth taking a look to see if it has potential.

    Hi Katherine @katriliza ,

"Since the Legacy Behavior option was removed"

Just to be clear, that was not removed; the option is still there, even in 5.1.

It was an Addon that caused the issue.
