Usually when you get those sorts of discrepancies, it's about the scale of your model. Think of it this way, if you have a 5 meter box and you set a value to 2mm, that value will be tiny compared to your 5 mete box. But if you have a 10mm box, so a tiny box, and then you set the same 2mm value, then the result will be super noticeable in you 10mm box. It's like a mosquito to an elephant is nothing, but a mosquito to grape is comparable.
