The hotkey CTRL+J to Frame Nodes has been changed in 4.5 to F (and it immediately puts you into the Naming of the Frame).
CTRL+P shouldn't do anything, but SHIFT+P is the Hotkey for Framing the Selected Nodes in the Node Wrangler Addon.

Also remember in Blender things are panel sensitive, meaning it matters where your mouse cursor is when you execute a hotkey. So be sure your mouse is in the right section of Blender.
