At 6:28 the tutor says grid fill sometimes doesn't work, and adds an extra vertex in between tow, saying "so one side can't fully connect to the other" what does that exactly mean?
Hello Rohan. It means that if you have 4 vertices on one side and 5 on the other, Grid Fill is not sure what to do with the 1 vertex left and usually throws an error. So you need to have equal number of vertices at both sides. So that is why he adds an extra one, so the count is equal at both sides.
