I have the free version installed, a proper Abstract ID created as well, but I can’t open the software because I get “Authorization failed” every time, even though I can see I have a license on the Abstract user account? Using Blender 4.4 on a MacBook Pro M3.

Unfortunately I have not encountered this myself, so I think this is going to be a question for InstaMAT directly. They have a pretty active moderation team which will be able to help you out and give you better idea of what is going wrong, since they will be able to see the details of your account from their back end side of the server.
