Hey Davien,
The first thing I would check is if the rig ui script came with the rig when you appended. Open up the the text editor and use the drop down in the header to see if the script is there. If you see it, try running it manually by hitting the play button.
If it is not there, go back to the original blend file and save that to a directory that makes sense and append that script in along with the rig.
If you are still having trouble, give us an update and we'll see what else we can do.

When you say append the script in with the rig how do i do that? And i saved the file and nothing comes up still
