For some reason when i render my scene there's very little to no light that shows up I'm using cycles. When I try to render in eveee all the lightings there.
What jumps out to me, is the Plane.002, that is Hidden in the Viewport, but is being Rendered (see Outliner). That might be blocking the Light.

As Martin says, it's possible a hidden object is coming in at render time, but it's only hidden in the viewport. Also it's possible you're using an HDRI and there's something going on in the node editor?
