is this course compatible with blender 4.3?

It depends on what you consider 'compatible'; the modeling techniques taught here are still the same in 4.3, but the UI is very different.
I'd recommend you follow along with Blender 2.79, although that might seem unintuitive.

That was made with Blender 4.2.
The updated version of this course is the one Martin linked you to. Keep in mind though you can practically watch any tutorial no matter the Blender version, the core knowledge has remained the same for decades when it comes to 3D, what mostly changes is UI and names, tools will get added but only to enhance what's already there. This is why when you learn 3D, is so easy to change from one software to another, it's all the same. So don't be afraid to watch any course, what you learn will be applicable to any version of Blender or even other software.
