Rendering issue

Hard to tell from just the image; might be a Mesh issue, or Lighting, or Texture, or...?

Could you post a link to your .blend file here (please don't forget to go to File > External Data > Pack Resources and then Svae it, before uploading)?

But what's even the edge issue? It all looks great. Love the lighting and shadows by the way.

It's the Mesh. It is extremely subtle, but if you Select these Faces:

and Flatten them (Loop Tools > Flatten, for instance), then you get this:

Well I still can't see what the problem was, with the gritty and dirty stripes it looked great. One of those happy accidents.
