Any idea why this happens?

This tends to happen when I make the second cloud. I think it's because I try to make it look more voluminous or just better than the first cloud lol. Either way, I follow the same steps I did with the first cloud and then this just happens. Any idea why and what I'm doing wrong? https://imgur.com/a/hY8Wpa4

    Hey,
    This can happen when the outline crosses over itself, check to see if you have anything like in the image, if you do you can merge the two (or more) vertices to remove the cross over...
