Most likely the browser you're suing? That's like 90% of the cases, other 9% is clearing the cache. Remember to try Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge, etc. Most likely in most browsers will work and then you know it's a problem with the browser you're using.

Yeah, it must be something on your end, Bart; the video plays fine for me.

Are you perhaps using a VPN? Or a proxy server?

I'm using Google Chrome on a Windows 11 system.  I just tried on Edge and had the same problem.

I am not using a VPN, but I have an antivirus software called BidDefender.  I wonder if it is playing goalie.  I will have a look around to see if I can find something on their end.

And yes, I emptied my cache last week when this happened.

    Thanks

    Bart

Okay, it is BitDefender, and specifically their Anti-Tracker setting.  I turned it off and bam, it worked.  Now I just need to figure out how to add the site to the safe area and turn that setting back on.

    Thanks Bart

It's under online threat or antivirus in the protection section. Then depending on your version it will be under whitelist or manage exceptions. Unless they've changed it. I remember on my brother-in-law's system it had a button to add the current site. You may also have to add the mavenseed address as well.

I think I have it figured out .... I hope.  Thanks guys.  It was the BitDefender Extension in Chrome.
