I,m new to blender and whenever i apply somethings on the object, i can't zoom and rotate my viewport just stops and i have to switch between the tab and then it works. Although i'm on M4 Mac base model, is it the problem with device or some settings issues?
It's hard to say, it sounds like a bug, but when you're super new to Blender, sometimes people mistake usual behavior with it being an error. What do you mean by whenever I apply something to the object? Perhaps you're trying to pass the origin point and the view gets stuck, like it actually works put people find it odd at first.
lets say i add loops on the objects, or bevel it, or just after applying any hotkeys, then my viewport gets stuck, and not only that it doesn't recognise any key nor the navigation with the mouse works.
That sounds like it's your system, although not necessarily the Hardware.
Make sure to update your Drivers and OS. I don't know of a Setting in Blender that can impact performance in such a way as you describe; maybe something in your OS (I don't know how Macs work)? Do other programs perform poorly as well?
(Also, do not expect great things from a Laptop/Notebook, when it comes to Blender (or anything, actually 😉). But simple things like you describe should be fluent, even on a 'crappy old laptop'.)
Or maybe you didn't press ENTER and are in the middle of an Operation...if you're that new to Blender.
