Hello. Did you try playing it on a different browser? Maybe try clearing your cache and try again.

I'm using Chrome and really don't want to use Edge.  I deleted my cache / cookies and it still doesn't work.  I watched other videos on your site yesterday.

You don't have to use Edge, only for testing. The videos play for us, so it's likely something on your end. If the video plays on others browsers for you, then at least you know it has something to do with the browser you're currently using.

    Okay, that makes sense.

I have now opened your site in Edge, login in and went to the Press Start ...."This video is not authorized to be embedded here".  No video.

I'm finishing up with Blender Basics.  Can you recommend another starter course other than PRESS START?

Thanks for all you help. Bart

You can try login out and then log back in. If that doesn't fix it then try accessing it thru this link:

    https://cgcookie.mavenseed.com/lessons/file-setup-and-adding-references

If that doesn't work then let us know. Basically the domain name presented by your ISP isn't matching with the CGCookies' site domain. This usually happens when a 3rd party site tries to embed a video without the proper credentials or something like that. Why it's happening to you I don't know. The https://cgcookie.mavenseed.com is the link that support@cgcookie.com always gives me when I have trouble accessing the https://cgcookie.com site. It can't hurt to try right?

Hey Dwayne - I logged out and back in via the cqcookie.com site, and still had the same error.

I then logged out, closed the browser (Chrome) and went back in via the https://cgcookie.mavenseed.com and I'm still getting the same error message.  It's well beyond me.

Well then I would recommend the snow globe tutorial. (https://cgcookie.com/courses/snow-globe-create-a-cozy-winter-scene-with-blender)

Hopefully that works. I'd also recommend sending an email to support@cgcookie.com.

Dangs that's a persistent bug. Shoot an email to support@cgcookie.com those folks are the coding wizards and stuff, they should know how to troubleshoot technical problems like those.
