If you want to insert it here, you need to change the URL. Change "shorts/" to watch?v=", remove everything from the original question mark till the end and add www.
Or just change the shorts/ and then go there and copy the link from the Browser (which is the same as through the long method).
So you get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBfFNxphDZ4
That you should be able to use in the Submission (or in a Post here).
